Outreach is a high priority at our Community Church! We are committed to the Great Commission entrusted to all believers by the Lord Jesus:

“And Jesus came and said to them, “All authority in heaven and on earth has been given to me. Go therefore and make disciples of all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit, teaching them to observe all that I have commanded you. And behold, I am with you always, to the end of the age.”” Matthew 28:18-20

Jesus further instructed us to be “My witness in Jerusalem (locally) and in all Judea and Samaria (regionally) and to the end of the earth (globally).” Acts 1:8 Missions is the mobilization of God’s people to work alongside other believers to support the proclamation of the Gospel in the whole world. At Community Church we work with our missions’ partners on Lopez, in the region, and around the world through financial support, prayer and encouragement and with Short-Term Mission trips.
